CARPACCIO DI TONNO
TAGLIOLINI GAMBERI & ZUCCHINE

Thinly sliced fresh Tuna , with capers , chives and cherry tomatoes , drizzled with an olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon , salt and pepper dressing .

This refreshing and summery plate is a favorite in our part of the world , Almost exotic but wonderfully simple and light , this dish is tangy and will melt in your mouth .

Homemade Tagliolini  (made with love of course ) , sautéed with prawns and julienned zucchine olive oil and a hint of garlic .A delicate and yummy dish .This is another recipe that Nonna makes only in summer , it’s fresh , it’s delicious and oh so tasty .

The risotto is cooked from start to finish  in the fish stock , brandy ginger and garlic .The Prawns , Mussels and Line fish are added half way to give you the full “ocean” experience We could not get enough of this when we tried out this recipe … You will want more …  it marries itself beautifully with our new choice of  white wine.
With capers , cherry tomatoes basil and rocket , with a balsamic reduction and salsa verde . Again We focused on fish as it’s summer and it’s fresh , in Italy we tend to eat a lot of fish especially in the summer months  . So we wanted to bring you the  Best of what Nonna taught us .
