” Ayama Leopard Pinotage / Shiraz ” This is a supple, elegant and very appealing wine with the tannins well integrated, but prominent enough to need 6 months longer to show off the ripe, fleshy black-cherry, plums, chocolate shadings to their best advantage and to be combined to the tone of spicyness and peppery flavours which are insured by the Shiraz in good percentage.
” Nederburg Baronne [Cabernet/Sauvignon/Shiraz]” Aromas of black berries and cherries, oak spice and a hint of dark chocolate. A rich, medium-bodied wine with ripe plum, prune, dark chocolate and oak spice flavours and a pleasant tannic structure.
” Nederburg “ It has Aromas of candy floss, cherries, strawberries and dried herbs. Clean, fruity and refreshing flavours with a good acid structure.
” Durbanville Hills ” The grapes for this wine were selected from vineyards on the low- lying, south-facing slopes. They were chosen for the exceptional structure and flavour the grapes impart to the wine. The soil moisture levels of this particular vineyard ensured small berries with an excellent skin-to-fruit ratio providing an intense colour and flavour spectrum.
